We would rather back one reflow plan that holds through a production shift than list five ideas that only work in discussion.

How briefs arrive without theatre

When you use the contact form, put the reflow play name in the subject line. Attach one photo of the oven, board or fault, even if the image is rough.

Check the shipment one more time before the courier takes any reflow-related parts or boards. Split urgent reflow work from the main production schedule so one hot job does not disrupt the whole SMT floor.

Include whether the issue shows up at preheat, soak, peak, or cooling, because each stage points to different checks on paste, profile, and conveyor settings. If load-shedding cover, compressed air limits, humidity control, or courier timing affects the work, note that with the plant location.
